Building on a partnership that has lasted over a decade, Rapid Retail, the premier provider of portable retail units in the UK, has designed, built and installed four new pop-up shops for Liverpool FC.
The large, fully branded retail units, will be used on matchdays to sell replica kits, programmes and other branded merchandise. They have taken pride of place within the club’s fan zones at the world famous Anfield stadium.
Opening four hours before kick-off, Liverpool FC’s fan zones are designed as a place for supporters to meet before the game, to soak up the atmosphere of the pre-match build up. They offer entertainment and activities for all the family, along with stalls for food, drink and shopping.
The retail units from Rapid Retail will help to improve the experience of supporters by reducing queuing times and providing ease of access to view and buy merchandise, while enabling the club to maximise its matchday revenue.

Anfield is currently undergoing a major redevelopment project that has seen an expansion of the main stand to add an additional 8,500 seats, taking the stadium’s capacity to just over 54,000.
A new pitch will be installed in the closed season, when construction work will also continue on its multi-million pound flagship store and the number of wheelchair bays and easy access seats around the stadium will be increased.
