Rapid Retail, the UK’s leading provider of pop up shops and mobile kiosks, has been accredited to the internationally recognised ISO 9001:2015 standard.

To achieve the certification, Rapid Retail has demonstrated it has robust quality management systems and can consistently provide products and services that meet both customer and regulatory requirements.

Nick Daffern, MD of Rapid Retail, commented: “My thanks go to the whole team for their hard work in making this happen. We have always been a values-driven organisation, and building strong, lasting relationships with our customers is a top priority. Providing a consistent and high quality service is central to this and is why clients return to us again and again.”

He added: “We plan to build on this achievement and to develop and expand our offering even further, with ambitious plans for growth in the coming years. Sports retail and hospitality continue to be key markets for us, but we are also increasingly supporting major retailers and brands with bespoke units that enable them to grab sales in high footfall areas.”

Since the company was founded in 2007, Rapid Retail has been working with clients based across the UK and Europe. Customers range from major international sports brands and stadiums, to non-league clubs, retailers, visitor attractions and entertainment venues. They include Adidas, O2, Cooperative Food, Silverstone, Wembley and Woburn Safari Park.

With a head office based in Pershore, Worcestershire, the team are specialists in the design, build and installation of modular units and kiosks, which are available to either rent or buy. Recent projects have seen the team supporting a number of Premier League clubs with the design and installation of dedicated Fan Zones, and also managing the logistics and installation of units in different locations, to shadow the Tour of Britain cycling race.
